Upon launch of the $SURV token we will setup governance using it for a proportional governance token through: https://snapshot.org/#/surveyordao.eth

The DAO will operate with a 1 token 1 vote system.

Testing initially was done with the NFTs but all voting will be done with $SURV moving forward.
